Dr. Belott also specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures, which typically result in less scarring and anesthesia, as well as a faster recovery compared to traditional surgery. More than 98% of patients are discharged same-day or with one overnight stay in the hospital. Most are able to return to work within 1-2 weeks of their surgeries.
